Camp sites in Kakadu during the rainy season

I'll .we wanted to camping in Kakadu to 5 December (with my friend), because everything is so expensive, but seem to be saying that it isn't the best thing to do.Could it with the storms dangerous?
I really hope we go his wird.Wir able to see a few places in Kakadu, to be there for three days.
